Since 1994, South Texas Interiors (STI) has been a stalwart in the San Antonio construction landscape. In July 2022, a significant change took place as we, Precision Contracting, had the privilege of merging with STI. This union was not just a business decision, but the culmination of a unique bond forged in the industry.

Joe Dubbels, owner of Precision Contracting, started his journey at STI, where he worked with STI's owner, Chuck Degand. Even after Joe ventured out to start his own companies, first Dimension Contracting and then Precision Contracting, the camaraderie between him and Chuck never waned. Despite becoming industry competitors, their mutual respect and shared vision remained intact.

In 2021, recognizing the potential strength that would come from combining forces, talks about a merger began. This collaboration has enhanced our capabilities significantly. The blend of our teams has added phenomenal project managers, seasoned superintendents, expert painters, and skilled carpenters to our roster. Now, we stand stronger, backed by a diverse and experienced team.

Today, Precision Contracting is a powerhouse, specializing in a broad range of commercial renovations and new construction projects.
