Early last year Precision Contracting undertook a complete home renovation project in Alamo Heights. One of our first blog articles (that you can see here) describes the site preparation work we did when laying the foundation for the planned room additions. Although the project has been complete for awhile I wanted to come back to that project and show you the finished home. We were quite proud of the results. Here is our virtual tour.

Living Room Renovation

The living room renovation included completely refinished floors and ceilings. We installed recessed lighting and repainted all of the walls and trim.

Kitchen Remodeling San Antonio Style

The kitchen was redone with white cabinetry, new floors and appliances. The clean design and layout of the kitchen optimized the work area while providing open space throughout.

Bathroom Remodel

In the bathroom we continued the bright white accent concept. We also added some new luxurious amenities such as a walk-in shower with "gentle rain" shower head and built in shelves. We also included dual sinks and a beautiful white tile floor that demonstrates our top of the line flooring contractor skills.

A New Master Bedroom

The new master bedroom features newly refinished floors and a multi-speed ceiling fan. The room also features windows on three sides which welcomes natural light into the room.

Unique Patio Concepts

The covered patio is the place to be to relax at the end of the day. It features beautifully exposed roof beams and a ceiling fan to keep things cool during hot afternoons or warm evenings. The brick floor enhances the overall ambiance of this inviting outdoor space.
