San Antonio's Best Home Renovation Projects

Without a doubt, 2018 was an exciting year for Precision Contracting and our wonderful customers. In March we were very excited about launching our new Precision Contracting web site and blog. We were more excited about the wide variety of remodeling projects we undertook across the greater San Antonio area. Here's a look at some of this year's work featuring our specialty services.

Stairway Remodeling

This was a rewarding project for us. It allowed us the opportunity to renew and remodel a "standard builder's" staircase by replacing the stair treads with beautiful hardwood flooring while at the same time adding customized balusters for a beautiful new look. 

Painting Contractor

Our painting experts were involved with just about every renovation we undertook this year. It still surprises me sometimes what a difference a fresh coat of paint can make in the way a room presents itself.

Painting projects don't have to take an extensive amount of time. They are usually completed within a day or two and provide our customers with a high level of satisfaction.

New Additions

Precision Contracting prides itself on being able to provide a complete set of building and remodeling services. In this particular project we added a new addition to a home starting with the laying of the foundation and framing the roof and walls.

We completed all of the interior work including wiring, plumbing, sheet rock, painting and custom carpentry. This was one of our more extensive projects but also one of our most rewarding projects of the year.

New Flooring 

Along with fresh paint, new flooring projects literally transform a room. If you think about the every day wear and tear on a carpet or older wooden floor it makes sense that replacing your floor can enhance the beauty of your room. When it comes time to sell your home, money spent on quality flooring provides a significant return on your investment. We were really pleased with the results of this home renovation we did with Laurie Miracle of Miracle Makeover Designs, LLC. The new hardwood flooring throughout the home was a perfect compliment to the custom crown molding and customized wood work.

Onto 2019
