Joe joined the Navy in 1984 and spent 4 years as an Operations Specialist. After leaving the Navy, Joe knew he didn’t want to go back to his hometown in New Jersey and settled in San Antonio in 1989. Joe has been a General Contractor in San Antonio for over 20 years. He has been married to his wife for 25 years and they have 4 children.

“I have a sincere desire to make the customer happy. When we finish the project and the customer is happy and they would recommend us, that’s when I’ve done a good job. The customer experience is the most important part of our day.”

Project Manager

Derik has been in San Antonio with his wife and 3 children since 2015. He spent 9 years as an Army Engineer Officer and earned his Masters Degree in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Derik started with Precision Contracting in early 2020.

Osmar Galvan

Project Manager

Born and raised in San Diego, California Osmar moved to San Antonio with his wife and 2 kids in December 2021 when he joined the Precision team. Construction is a family tradition for Osmar. What started working summers in Middle School with his dad turned into 10 years in the field working residential, mixed-use, and commercial construction. Along the way, he developed a passion for bridging technology and construction and has been a Project Manager since 2016.

Brandy Harrison

Brandy has been in San Antonio since 2000 and considers it her “hometown”. She earned her AA in Liberal Arts from San Antonio College and her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Brandy has been with Precision Contracting since August of 2019.

Originally from San Diego, CA, Sheryle moved to San Antonio with her husband and 3 children in 2013. Changing her path from real estate and property management to construction project management. Her new Texas career began with landscaping and outdoor luxury living, followed by commercial roofing. Her search for new opportunities brought her to Precision Contracting in 2018.

Professional painter with 20+ years of experience in both commercial and residential properties, Luis Puente is a detail-oriented, team player, and customer-centric individual. Luis is dedicated and able to work on multiple projects at any one time from providing advice to the customer to getting the painting work done. Family life has on him on the go with his 2 children Samary and Saul and his wife Brenda volunteering with their sports activities. He enjoys BBQ gatherings, family time, DIY home projects, and traveling.

 “I have always enjoyed working within the painting industry and like to help clients come up with the look they require for whatever function the premises will be used for. I am a very hands-on person who works very hard to ensure that I meet my deadlines.”

Henry Rodriguez

With over 40 years in residential and commercial construction, Henry Rodriguez has acquired extensive knowledge and skills demanded in the construction industry. Henry has the capability of forming and building professional relationships with not only his crew, but architects, subcontractors, and property owners simply because of his strong moral work ethics and teamwork approach - two valuable qualities that will always lead to a successful project. Henry is happily married to his wife, Teresa, and has three sons.  He enjoys fishing, BBQs, yardwork, family time, and working on his 1920’s Victorian cottage and attends Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Floresville, Texas.

Jim Welsh

Jim started his role as Project Superintendent in May 2019. He previously worked for JW Removal Services, LLC. and Universal Form Tops, Inc. He has worked in the construction field for over 25 years. He is married for 23 years and has 2 sons. Jim is also a proud volunteer for the San Antonio Stockshow & Rodeo for 25 years.

Matthew Trevis

Superintendent

Born in Toledo, Ohio, Matthew moved to New Braunfels in 1996, then to San Antonio in 2016. Matthew has been a carpenter since high school and is experienced in both commercial and residential carpentry, from rough framing to trim carpentry and millwork. He has been a superintendent since 2008 and joined the Precision team in Summer 2021. His weekends are full of saltwater fishing and camping with his wife, four daughters, and two dogs.

Born and raised in Lakewood, CA. Marty moved to San Antonio with his wife in October 2021. Marty has over 40 years of commercial and residential construction experience in the field. He is particularly fond of framing and finishing out projects. He is a hands-on kind of guy and enjoys interacting with trades and helping where he can. Marty would also like everyone to know that he and Homero are Precision’s reigning Cornhole Champions from Winter 2021.

Chris Mork

Superintendent

Chris is from Wisconsin, where he attended Nicolet Technical College and the subsequent police academy. He earned his Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2018 while working full time as a correctional officer. After graduation, he served as a Sherrif’s Deputy. Chris moved to San Antonio in 2020 to be closer to family and began work as a superintendent for a ground-up commercial general contractor. Chris joined the Precision Team in 2021.

John has lived in San Antonio since 2001 with his wife and son. He graduated from the University of Texas-San Antonio with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Business Project Management. John spends his free time being with his family, playing guitar, watching combat sports, or fishing.

A Texan native out of Ft Worth, Tom came to San Antonio in 2013 with his family. Being a father is one of the greatest joys of his life. Tom came to Precision from a flooring background of almost 10 years. He enjoys BBQ, hunting, fishing, and being with family.
