BUILDER: Precision Contracting

Precision Contracting did a complete interior and exterior overhaul for Workforce Solutions Alamo on the east side of San Antonio. Interior work includes a layout remodel, new LVT flooring, a new reception desk with plexiglass safety barriers, a brand new operable wall, remodeled restrooms, new blinds and window tint, and painting throughout. For the exterior, Precision provided new parking lot lighting, a Trex parapet, screen walls and planters, new metal column and beam cladding, new building and standalone signage, resurfaced the parking lot, installed bike racks, and completely repainted the building.
